What the agent is never allowed to do
- Invent a price
- Money is computed by the system from your price list. The model proposes items; it never proposes numbers.
- Confirm what isn't there
- Orders are checked against stock and appointments against the calendar before anything is written.
- Answer outside your data
- If the answer isn't in your catalogue or knowledge, it says so and hands over to a person.
- Write without permission
- Commercial writes — orders, bookings, payments — can require a human approval, per agent.
Models and cost
- You choose the model
- Per agent: Anthropic, OpenAI or Google models, with a platform default. Swap without a rebuild.
- Never used for training
- Your conversations are sent to the model provider for inference only. Nothing is used to train anyone's model.
- Metered and visible
- Every reply is metered against the model that produced it. Usage and cost show in your console per agent.
- Audit trail
- Which agent answered, what it looked up, what it wrote and why — logged per decision, reviewable in the inbox.
